Prequalification: Building E UST Tank D-1 Replacement

UConn Health (UCH) will be replacing the existing 30,000 gallon fuel oil Underground Storage Tank (UST) called Tank D-1 to meet CT DEEP standards. The Tank is located next to Building E and the East Loading Dock at 263 Farmington Avenue, Farmington CT and provides fuel oil for Building E boilers and adjacent Building K generator. UCH is considering replacing the existing 30,000 gallon tank with a smaller tank, size to be determined. Applicants must be pre-qualified by the Department of Administrative Services (DAS), for the Classification of GENERAL BUILDING CONSTRUCTION (GROUP C) or SITEWORK to participate in this Prequalification Application.
