The City of Oviedo is soliciting qualifications of Contractors interested in providing services for the Prequalified Pool of Contractors for Small Projects. The scope encompasses minor construction, repair, renovation, rehabilitation, alteration, upgrade, maintenance services, sitework and new construction for buildings, roadways, sidewalks, trails, and site improvements located throughout the City of Oviedo, Florida with minimal design requirements and valued at no more than $50,000.
** A Non-Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference will be held at 10:00AM on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, at City Hall Annex Building, 320 Alexandria Blvd, Oviedo, FL 32765. **
