Prepackaged Food and Grocery items for the Central CT Cooperative Purchasing Program

The City of Bristol is seeking to contract for the annual requirements for the purchase of prepackaged foods and grocery products for the Central Connecticut Cooperative Purchasing Program, for the period through June 30, 2026, with option to renew for an additional one-year period. The Central Connecticut Cooperative Purchasing Program consists of various school districts, of which six (6) are participating in this contract as outlined in Exhibit I; deliveries and associated invoices shall be coordinated directly with the corresponding district.

Responses to this invitation to bid must be submitted prior to the due date and time noted above.  Additionally, bidders are requested to provide unit pricing in Excel or similar format via email, shared file service, or USB drive, as part of their bid submission.

The successful bidder shall not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, religion, gender, or national origin.
