Premier Sports Complex Soccer Field Improvements-GA OPB INODIC Project #GA-0013741

Separate, sealed bids for furnishing all labor, tools, equipment and appurtenances necessary for the improvements to Premier Sports Complex Soccer Fields in Coffee County will be received at the Coffee County Board of Commissioners¿ Office until Thursday, September 18, 2025 by 10:00 AM, at which time bids will be open and publicly read. The bids will be opened and read at the Coffee County Board of Commissioners¿ meeting room, 224 West Ashley Street, Douglas, Georgia 31533 at 10:00 AM, local time, Thursday, September 18, 2025.

Bids can be mailed or delivered to the attention of Wesley Vickers, County Administrator for the Coffee County Board of Commissioners, 224 West Ashley Street, Suite E, Douglas, Georgia 31533. All bids must have Premier Sports Complex Soccer Field Improvements Bid plainly marked on the outside of each bid. Bids received after the designated time will not be considered. The Coffee County Board of Commissioners may select the lowest responsible bidder after evaluation of all bids.

The estimated budget for this project is $2,700,000.

The work to be done consists of furnishing all materials and equipment and performing all labor necessary to build four new soccer fields, complete with grading, drainage, lighting, concrete sidewalks, asphalt parking lots, a concession building, etc., according to the details in the specifications.

The work on the project must be completed within 330 consecutive calendar days of the date of notice to proceed.
