Preliminary Conference For Pueblo River Trail System Signs

You are invited to a Preliminary Conference for the Pueblo River Trail System Sign Project. We are inviting vendors to meet with the Parks Department before Friday, May 15 ^th to review a project we hope to bid in the near future.

Please contact Lindsay Martin at lmartin@pueblo.us to schedule a meeting as soon as possible. The meeting may include discussion of sign ideas and the City’s anticipated needs. This is NOT a pre-bid meeting; this is specifically designed for the City and experienced vendors to share ideas about this project. Any concepts developed by your company will be kept confidential so you may use the information for your future bid.

For your information:

• General specifications: Prefer wood, graffiti resistant, rust resistant, need to be buried and stabilized (probably with concrete), long life with minimal maintenance, ADA compliant, and easy to read for the public.
• Attached preliminary drawings (from grant application)
• Attached estimated quantity and locations of signs

All preliminary conference meetings must be completed by 4:00pm on May 15, 2026. If you have any questions about this process, please contact the City of Pueblo Purchasing Department at purchasing@pueblo.us .

No submittals will be required for this project; however, we ask that parties complete the Vendor Questionnaire to document the date/time of the appointment with the Parks Department. Only those parties that attend a preliminary conference may be invited to the future Request for Proposal and/or Invitation for Bid to be issued in the future for this project.
