Project Description: Florida Gulf Coast University Board of Trustees (“FGCU” or “University”) seeks to contract with a qualified supplier to provide towing/wrecker services. Vehicles must be removed from campus or surrounding areas due to parking and other violations, or for reasons deemed necessary by the University Police Departments (UPD). All services to be performed must be in full accordance with the requirements of the IFB.
All services must comply with Florida Statute 715.07 (Towing or removal of vehicles or vessels; liens and assessments). In the event of a conflict between this IFB and the statute, the statute will prevail.
