Summary Details

The intent of this RFSQ is to establish partnerships between Westbank First Nation (“WFN”) and those vehicle dealership Respondents that are deemed suitable by WFN through this RFSQ process (“Preferred Dealers”). It is WFN’s intent to create a Preferred Dealer list, which will consist of those Respondents that WFN determines can successfully supply fleet vehicles on an “as needed” basis. Successful Respondents will remain on the Preferred Dealers list for a term of five (5) years, with the option to extend for an additional two (2) year term at WFN’s sole discretion.
