Prefabricated Metal Buildings - BID EXTENSION

ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

The CITY OF CLEVELAND is accepting sealed bids for the construction of three (3) prefabricated metal buildings.  Bids will be received until 2:00 PM, EST, September 9, 2025, at the Cleveland Municipal Building Council Room, 190 Church Street, NE, Cleveland, TN 37311.  Any bid received after the date and time specified will not be considered.

A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting will be held on August 27, 2025, at 1:00 PM, EST, in the Cleveland Municipal Building Council Room, 190 Church Street, NE, Cleveland, TN 37311.

Project scope will consist of erecting three (3) metal buildings (two supplied by Contractor and one supplied by the City).   This will include the complete buildout of one (1) of the buildings and installation of three (3) 24x24-ft garage doors.

Bids must be sealed, plainly marked “BID – PREFABRICATED METAL BUILDINGS” and mailed or delivered to the City of Cleveland, Attention: Kristi Powers, 190 Church Street, NE, Cleveland, TN 37311.

The City of Cleveland, Tennessee, through its Council Members, reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids, to waive any formalities and informalities in the bids received, and to accept any bid which in its opinion may be in the best interest of the City of Cleveland.
