J.H. Findorff will be soliciting bids on behalf of Portage County for the Solid Waste Building Renovation -
Precast Wall Repairs. Drawings will be released by J.H. Findorff via email. If you would like to receive these
documents, please contact Matt McDonald | mmcdonald@findorff.com to be provided with these
documents. Please note relevant information below about bid submission:
1. Date for documents to be released to bid:

2. Pre-Bid Walk-through
* Friday, 06/12/2026 at 10:00AM at the Portage County Solid Waste Facility, 600 Moore Road, Plover,
WI 54467
3. Q&A Addendum/Request For Information (RFI)
* Questions/RFI from vendors will be due by 2PM on June 17th, 2026 to Matt McDonald.
4. Bid Due Date:
* Stipulated sum bids exclusively on the provided Bid Form will be received by J.H. Findorff on
Thursday, June 25, 2026 until 3:00 PM. Bids will be submitted electronically to
wausaubids@findorff.com with subject line including project name, 2026-18PC Precast Wall Repair
Bid Package for Portage County Solid Waste - Building Renovation. Bids received after this time may
not be accepted. A filled out bid form will be required. No Bid Security is required. There will not be a
public bid opening for this project. Awarded contractors will be notified within one week of
submission by Findorff. Bid acceptance is subject to acceptance by the Owner.
* The CMaR on this project, J.H. Findorff, will be required to submit any bid proposals on trade
packages for this project to Portage County 24 Hours in advance of the due date and time.
