2.0 SCOPE OF GOODS AND/OR SERVICES AND APPLICABLE SPECIFICATIONS
This Specification establishes the minimum requirements for this solicitation, listed and described in the body of these specifications, to be used as noted, by The School Board of Osceola County, FL. The intent of this bid is to secure a firm, fixed price for the purchase, delivery and to set in place a precast concrete structure for NeoCity Academy for a one-time purchase. The performance of awarded Bidder shall be in accordance with the terms of the specifications and at the quality standards of service set forth herein. The minimum specifications for the precast concrete structure are detailed in Attachment I. These specifications are provided to guide the design of the required unit and are not intended to restrict competition. Any proposed deviations from these specifications must be clearly identified and submitted with the bid. The District reserves the sole right to evaluate and determine the acceptability of any deviations.
