Boulder County Public Works is soliciting bids from qualified and experienced concrete product producer’s for the manufacturing and delivery of an 18-foot-wide by 10.5-foot high (inner dimension) precast reinforced concrete box culvert including four precast skewed end sections. Two culverts (each 18-foot-wide by 10.5-foot high by 46.5-feet long) will be installed adjacent to each other to create a double box culvert.

The precast concrete box culvert is to be delivered near 6847 Baseline Road in unincorporated Boulder County, within the Baseline Road right-of-way, and within a controlled road closure with delivery truck access to the project site.

Background:

Boulder County Public Works is soliciting bids from qualified and experienced concrete product

producer’s for the manufacturing and delivery of an 18-foot-wide by 10.5-foot high (inner

dimension) precast reinforced concrete box culvert including four precast skewed end sections.

Two culverts (each 18-foot-wide by 10.5-foot high by 46.5-feet long) will be installed adjacent to

each other to create a double box culvert.

The precast concrete box culvert is to be delivered near 6847 Baseline Road in unincorporated

Boulder County, within the Baseline Road right-of-way, and within a controlled road closure with

delivery truck access to the project site.

Boulder County uses a Boulder County Euna (formerly Bonfire) portal for accepting and

evaluating proposals digitally:

accessible or evaluated.

Addendum:

At any time prior to the Close Date, Boulder County may alter, clarify, amend, delete or add to, in

whole or in part, any terms or provisions of this proposal.

In order to afford the Bidders a reasonable time for taking into account a material amendment

(the materiality of which Boulder County in its own discretion may determine) or for any other

reason, Boulder County may, at its own discretion, extend the Close Date.
