Description View Changes
This is a synopsis for an Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contracts under an umbrella Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) pool. The MATOC will be utilized for a variety of Architect/Engineer (A/E), Value Engineering (VE), Value Analysis (VA), Value Management (VM) services, detailed below. These projects may support design/build (D/B) or design/bid/build (D/B/B) delivery methods for and include highly complex horizontal and vertical design requirements for the Air Force Reserve. Please see the attachment for all requirement details. Synopsis has been amended to incorporate the correct Submission Time of 2359 Eastern Time on 30 October 2025. No other changes have been made. For further details, PLEASE SEE Synopsis - AMDT 0002 in the document sections of the Solicitation on PIEE and SAM.gov.
