Pre-Solicitation Conference Meeting for the CH-53K Project. Commercial and Institutional Building ConstructionMagnitude of Construction: Between $100,000,000 and $250,000,000.Synopsis: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Middle East District in conjunction with the Israeli Ministry of Defense (MoD) intends to hold a Pre-Solicitation Conference to receive feedback from Industry and to facilitate potential teaming of U.S. Prime Contractors and Israeli Sub-Contractors. The objective of the Pre-Solicitation Conference is to provide a briefing of the CH-53K Project, unofficial open forum question and answer, and one-on-one face-to-face unofficial discussions with Prime Contractors. A forthcoming amendment for this Pre-Solicitation Conference will include a draft Solicitation, draft 95% drawings, draft specifications, and a Bidder Inquiry Key. Any questions and answers provided at the conference will need to be restated in ProjNet. The Pre-Solicitation Conference will be held in Tel Aviv, Israel. Specific Conference location to be provided at a later date. The tentative dates for the Pre-Solicitation Conference will be 31 March and 01 April OR 01 April and 02 April 2025.The agenda below is for reference and subject to change (Israel Standard Time):DAY 1 SCHEDULE:0900 - 0930 hours: Sign-In and Introductions0930 - 1200 hours: CH-53K Project Brief1300 - 1700 hours: Open Forum Questions and AnswersDAY 2 SCHEDULE:0900 - 1700: Individual Face-to-Face with Prime Contractors Companies may bring copies of a one-page capability brief, detailing the type of industry engaged in, past performance, and any other relevant information deemed necessary. These data sheets may be left at the information table for others to take. PLEASE PRE-REIGSTER NO LATER THAN 20 MARCH 2025.USACE intends to publish the pre-registration list no later than 27 March 2025 to encourage cross communication with potential prime and subcontractors. Registered participants are encouraged to provide comments, in addition to any suggestions provided during the registration process.
