Eastern Florida State College invites licensed professional General Contractors to apply for pre-qualified contractor (new certificate) status for the period from January 2026 through December 31, 2026 (Calendar Year 2026). A valid certificate of pre-qualification is required to be eligible to bid on projects related to construction, renovation, remodeling, major repairs, and site work at any of the College’s campuses in Brevard County. The anticipated projects may not exceed $324,999. The preferred construction delivery method for the college is hard bid. The College plans to provide a process to renew certificate on an annual basis.
