The work shall include but may not be limited to the following: ⢠Demolition of interior finishes, shop equipment, doors, partitions, etc. at Building 'A', Building 'A2', and Building 'T'.⢠Providing new partitions, doors, finishes, etc. at Building 'A', Building 'A2', and Building 'T' where indicated.⢠Providing new shop equipment and relocating existing shop equipment.⢠Providing replacement of existing HVAC system, vents, ductwork, and other mechanical equipment.⢠Providing new plumbing fixtures, piping, and connections.⢠Providing new electrical outlets and light fixtures. ⢠Performing work in separate construction phases, as required for renovation of Owner-occupied spaces within areas of work.The work will take place within the NMCWRF, a 67 million-gallons-per day (MGD) Advanced Wastewater Treatment Plant with peak flows up to 120 MGD that runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. With multiple other construction work taking place at the NMCWRF, all work will have to be completed in phases to maintain the NMCWRFâs continuous operational needs.
