NOTICE INVITING SEALED BIDS

PRE-PURCHASE OF UNDERGROUND DUAL-COMPARTMENT FRP FUEL STORAGE TANK AND ACCESSORIES

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Port Hueneme invites and is accepting sealed bids for the pre-purchase of underground dual-compartment FRP fuel storage tank and accessories. An original copies of the bid must be submitted to the City Clerk’s office, 250 N. Ventura Road, Port Hueneme, CA 93041, before the hour of 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 29, 2025 at which time, or shortly thereafter, bids will be publicly opened and read. Bids will not be accepted after that time.

The City of Port Hueneme invites sealed bids for the pre-purchase and delivery of a fiberglass double-wall fuel tank and associated appurtenances for municipal infrastructure development. All bids must comply with the specifications and conditions outlined in the package.

Sealed must be clearly labeled, addressed to the City of Port Hueneme, California, marked, "PRE-PURCHASE OF UNDERGROUND DUAL-COMPARTMENT FRP FUEL STORAGE TANK AND ACCESSORIES" with the company name clearly marked.

The City may award one contract based upon the lowest responsible bid. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any and all irregularities in any bid. Award of the contract(s) is anticipated to occur in August 2025.

Late bids will not be considered. Bidders must review and complete all required forms included in this bid package.
