New Hanover County is requesting proposals from contractors capable of providing the services of transportation of individuals during an emergency or disaster as the need arises.
Proposals may be emailed to Anna McRay, Assistant Director of Emergency Management, at amcray@nhcgov.com AND cc’d to: Debra Nagle, Administrative Coordinator, NHC Emergency Management – dnagle@nhcgov.com. Please place marked “2024 Pre-Positioned Transportation Resources (NHC EM #2024-0004)” in the subject line of your email submittal. Proposals for this project will be accepted until 5:00pm EST, Friday, April 5, 2024. Details along with instructions for completing and submitting the proposals may be obtained by visiting the County’s website at https://www.nhcgov.com/bids.aspx. New Hanover County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to award a vendor which is in the best interest of the County. |
