The San Antonio Early Childhood Education Municipal Development Corporation (referred to herein as the “Corporation” or “Pre-K 4 SA”) is seeking an experienced consultant that will be responsible for supporting Pre-K 4 SA’s Educator Wellness program serving the organization’s educational staff and leaders, in addition to partner programs. The Pre-K 4 SA Educator Wellness program is focused on developing an organizational wellness model that emphasizes positive school-cultures that reduce educator burnout and increases staff retention, well-being and student learning. Pre-K 4 SA is committed to developing sustainable change towards building organizational wellness.
