Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities (OOD) is a state agency that empowers Ohioans with disabilities through employment, disability determination, and independence.

Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities (OOD) is seeking proposals for a service provider that can conduct thorough pre-employment background screenings to include, but not be limited to: comprehensive background investigation(s), employment verification(s), educational history(ies), and criminal record history(ies) for OOD employment applicants on an as requested basis through an on-line secure portal.

All attachments and forms required in the posted opportunity MUST be submitted with proposal. Proposals must be submitted electronically at https://OhioBuys.Ohio.gov/ . Only electronic bids received by the proposal due date and time will be accepted.  Mailed, emailed, or faxed responses will NOT be accepted.
