Carteret County, North Carolina, is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide potable water and ice supply and distribution services on a pre-disaster, as-needed basis. This contract is intended to support rapid deployment of drinking water and ice to affected areas throughout the county in the aftermath of a disaster or emergency event that disrupts normal supply services.

The selected vendor will be responsible for providing all necessary personnel, equipment, transportation, and logistics to carry out efficient and timely distribution operations.
