Pre-Development and Development Services for 911 Emergency Communications and Emergency Operations Center

Project Description: The City of Dallas (the “City”) is requesting Qualification Statements from qualified firms to act as the City’s agent (hereinafter defined as “Developer Agent”) to provide pre-development and development services, in accordance with Texas Local Government Code Section 271.908 (“TLGC”), for the redevelopment and adaptive reuse of an existing facility into a new mission-critical 911 Emergency Communications Center (“911") and Emergency Operations Center (“EOC”) (the “Project”). The Project will provide a resilient, secure, and technologically advanced facility supporting emergency communications and emergency management operations.
