PRE-DESIGN SERVICES. The City of Maplewood is seeking qualified firms to provide pre-design services for the Maplewood Community Center (MCC), a 90,000-square-foot regional recreation and community facility. With the current operating lease expiring in 2026, the City is exploring future public or public/private options and is seeking innovative, community-focused concepts that support long-term financial sustainability and align with the City’s strategic priorities.A full copy of the RFP is available on the City’s website .
