This solicitation is for a pre-charge (meaning no arrest) intervention program for identified youth who reside in Johnson County, Iowa. Youth will be referred to this program by Juvenile Court Services and will have been alleged of the delinquent acts that may include: criminal mischief in the 5th degree, simple assault, disorderly conduct, interference with an official act, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance (marijuana specifically), possession of alcohol, or theft in the 5th degree (shoplifting).
