Pre-Advertising Notice - Security Access Control System Operation and Management

The City of Atlanta, on behalf of the Department of Aviation (DOA), will shortly undergo a Multi-Step Sealed
Bid process comprised of a prequali¿cation phase as the initial step, followed by an Invitation for Bid (IFB)
towards the procurement of a quali¿ed and experienced ¿rm to manage and maintain the security access
control system that will be used to regulate and monitor who can enter restricted and sensitive areas within
and surrounding the airport. Interested vendors during the prequali¿cation phase will be evaluated to
determine whether they meet the minimum requirements for technical expertise, operational capacity,
sta ing resources, response capability, past performance, and experience managing large-scale, critical
airport infrastructure. The City's expectation is that the selected vendor will assume responsibility of
operating and maintaining a large-scale airport access control system with 24/7 on call coverage. A PreSolicitation Conference will be noticed and held to provide more details and address questions. Hope to see you there.
