Pre-Advertisement Notice for Rental Car Center Operations & Maintenance Services

The City of Atlanta, on behalf of the Department of Aviation (DOA), will shortly undergo a Multi-Step Sealed Bid process comprised of a prequalification phase as the initial step, followed by an Invitation
for Bid (IFB) towards the procurement to support the continuous, high-quality operations, maintenance, custodial, and 24/7 facility management services for the 128,000-square-foot Rental
Car Center (RCC) and associated service facilities at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.
Interested vendors must be capable of bringing administrative oversight, staff coordination, and comprehensive facility support to ensure smooth, continuous operations. The City¿s expectation is that
the selected vendor will coordinate closely with the Department of Aviation to support facility readiness, respond to service requests, and maintain a high level of customer service.
