Pre-Advertisement Notice for Police Pursuit Motorcycles

The City of Atlanta, on behalf of The Department of Public Works, will shortly undergo an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for the procurement of fully equipped Police Pursuit Motorcycles. This solicitation will be issued as a brand-specific requirement as the City¿s existing police motorcycle fleet is standardized to Harley- Davidson Police models. The City¿s expectation is that the selected vendor will assume full responsibility for delivering police pursuit motorcycles that are fully assembled, properly upfitted, and operational in accordance with the provided specifications. In addition, the vendor must provide reliable repair services, OEM-quality parts, comprehensive warranties, and all required training.
