Pre-Advertisement Notice for Hydraulic Cylinders Hose Fabrication & Repair Services

The City of Atlanta Department of Public Works (DPW) will shortly undergo a Statement of Qualifications process towards the procurement of hydraulic cylinders, hoses, fittings, and associate repair and mobile fabrication services for City vehicles and equipment.
Interested vendors must provide 24/7 mobile response for emergency breakdowns, onsite repairs, and OEM-quality part replacements to support continuous fleet operations across City departments.
The City's expectation is that the selected capable vendors will deliver timely, compliant,
and high-quality hydraulic part supplies and repair services with cost efficiency, safety
compliance, and minimal operational downtime. A Pre-Solicitation Conference will be
noticed and then held to provide more details and address comments, questions, and
concerns.
