Pre-Advertisement Notice for Emergency Medical Service Repairs & Services

The City of Atlanta, on behalf of Department of Public Works, will shortly undergo a Multi-Step Sealed Bid process comprised of a prequalification phase as the initial step, followed by an Invitation for Bid (IFB) towards the procurement of qualified vendors to provide repair, preventative maintenance, and body repair services for Emergency Medical Services (EMS) vehicles at the vendor¿s facility. Interested vendors during the prequalification phase will be evaluated on their demonstrated experience providing repair, maintenance, and body repair services for Emergency Medical Services (EMS) or comparable emergency vehicles. Evaluation will consider the vendor¿s technical capability and capacity to perform services at their facility in a timely and reliable manner. The City¿s expectation is that the selected vendor will deliver timely, compliant, and high-quality EMS vehicle repair and maintenance services at their facility, performed by qualified technicians and in accordance with applicable standards.
