Pre-Advertisement Notice for Digital Revenue Intelligence and Engagement (DRIVE)

The City of Atlanta on behalf of the Department of Aviation will shortly undergo a Multi-Step Sealed Bid process comprised of a prequalification phase as the initial step, followed by an Invitation for Bid (IFB) towards the procurement of an integrated, airport-wide solution that automates the real-time collection and analysis of line-item sales data from all airport concessionaires. The platform is intended to enhance revenue accuracy, transparency, and operational efficiency by supporting automated rent validation, menu compliance, audit workflows, and centralized reporting. Interested vendors will be prequalified based experience, demonstration of the product and other requirements which will be defined in the pre-qualification document. The City¿s expectation is that the solution will automate real-time, airport-wide line-item sales data collection and analysis while enhancing revenue accuracy, transparency, and operational efficiency.
