Pre-Advertisement Notice-DPR: Urban Tree Infrastructure & Planting

The City of Atlanta, on behalf of the Department of Finance, will shortly undergo a Multi-Step Sealed
Bid process comprised of a prequalification phase as the initial step, followed by an Invitation for Bid
(IFB) for the procurement of installation of modular suspended pavement systems, tree planting, and
ongoing maintenance to support canopy expansion and streetscape improvements across multiple
locations, primarily within the Downtown Atlanta area. Interested vendors will be prequalified based on
demonstrated experience in urban infrastructure construction, landscaping, excavation, and
installation of modular suspended pavement systems, as well as organizational capacity, technical
capability, and proper licensing in the State of Georgia. The City¿s expectation is that the selected
supplier(s) will deliver high-quality construction and planting services, ensure compliance with City
standards, and support long-term sustainability and maintenance of the urban tree canopy. . A Pre-
Solicitation Conference will be noticed and then held to provide more details and address questions.
