Pre-Advertisement Notice Citywide Plumbing

The City of Atlanta will shortly undergo a competitive solicitation for Citywide Plumbing Services, Maintenance, and Repair to support facilities across multiple departments. The City is seeking interested vendors capable of providing licensed, experienced, and fully qualified plumbing professionals to perform routine maintenance, emergency repairs, inspections, replacements, and installation of plumbing infrastructure in accordance with all applicable codes.
The City¿s expectation is that the selected vendor(s) will deliver timely, reliable, and high-quality plumbing services that ensure continuous operation and safety of City facilities. Vendors capable of meeting these performance requirements, maintaining appropriate staffing levels, and responding to both scheduled and urgent work orders are encouraged to participate.
A Pre-Solicitation Conference will be noticed and then held to provide additional details regarding the upcoming solicitation, clarify requirements, and address vendor questions.
