    This letter is to advise all prospective bidders of the following contract addendum:
    Proposal Changes:
    • Structure Special Provisions have been updated. Remove existing ST-1 thru ST-38.
    Replace ST-1 thru ST-32 stamped 1/21/2026.
    • Replaced PRB.32072 Proposal document with PRB.32072 Proposal_Addendum 1.
    Additional Questions Submitted:
    1. Will the contractor be allowed to cross the water with equipment?
    Answer: Yes, in order to get equipment to the other side. Nationwide 3 does not
    allow equipment to sit in the water for work on project.
    2. What is the expectation of the overhead utility line in regard to construction?
    Answer: Appears to be an overhead telephone line. The design engineer is
    checking, and additional information will be provided.
    Please make sure that you download and submit the new proposal document titled PRB.32072
    Proposal_Addendum 1 in your bid package. You will also be required to sign page S-1 Addenda
    to acknowledge the issued addendum. Failure to submit the correct proposal document and not
    signing page S-1 Addenda may result in the rejection of your bid
