• On sheet S-36 (bid form), changed line item 11 unit of measure to lump and the item description as

follows:

Approximately 43,990 LBS of Structural Steel

• On page S-36 (bid form), changed unit of measure on line item 21 Timber Bridge Decking to

Lump Sum.

• On sheet S-37 (bid form), added the following items:

• Replaced the PRB.31799 Proposal document on the Division 13 Letting page with the revised

proposal document PRB.31799 Proposal_Addendum 1.
