NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS
ROOF RESTORATION
PRAIRIE COUNTY
COURTHOUSE
200 COURTHOUSE SQUARE
DES ARC, ARKANSAS
Sealed bids will be received until 2:00PM, Tuesday, December 9, 2025, by Prairie County at the office of Schelle Architect, PLLC, 72 S. Pine Street, Cabot, AR 72023 for the Prairie County Courthouse Roof Restoration project.
There will be a non-mandatory prebid meeting on December 2, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. at the project site:200 Courthouse Square, Des Arc, AR. All interested parties are encouraged to attend.
BID DOCUMENTS: The official version of the project manual that includes the complete set of contract documents, specifications, drawings, and photos, is obtainable in digital format at no charge by contacting the design professional listed below:

A bid security in the amount of 5% shall accompany each bid, if the bid is more than $50,000.00.
Pursuant to Ark. Code Ann. § 22-9-203, Prairie County encourages all small, minority, and women business enterprises to submit bids for capital improvements. Encouragement is also made to all general contractors that in the event they subcontract portions of their work, consideration is given to the identified groups.
Prairie County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formalities.
