This solicitation is to provide the following functions rooms and services for an event for period of JUNE 2024 The provider should be at least a Four/five -star IN BANDUNG area.

The bidders must be the hotel chain companies with the offices operating and base in Indonesia.

The bidders must have an established business with a permanent address and telephone listing in Indonesia.

For a Quotation above 30,000 USD, Quoters must have an active registration status in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to submission.

This solicitation is to provide the following function rooms and services for an event for the period of December 8 - 12, 2024. The provider should be at least a four-star hotel in Bandung, West Java.

Meeting Package Criteria

On class day 1, full-day meeting package (2 CB + 1L) for 111 pax for day 1.

On class day 2, full-day meeting package (2 CB + 1L) for 111 pax for day 2.

On class day 1, full-day meeting package (2 CB + 1L) for 111 pax for day 3.

On class day 2, full-day meeting package (2 CB + 1L) for 111 pax for day 4.

1. One (1) big meeting room to accommodate 111 people and can be divided into two (2) equal size rooms that can accommodate 50-55 pax; and one (1) transit room for the instructors (max 15 pax) on December 9 – 12, 2024.


2. Coffee breaks (two times) with water, tea, coffee, and two kinds of pastries, savor and sweet, for 111 people on December 9 – 12, 2024.


3. Additional coffee break (for Opening in the Morning) on December 9, 2024, for 10 people in the Transit room.


4. A conference lunch buffet style from 12 pm – 1 pm consisting of a mix of local food with free water flow for 111 people on December 9 – 12, 2024.


5. Additional coffee break (for Closing in the afternoon) on December 12, 2024, for 10 people in the Transit room.

8. Included Wi-Fi connection access in guest rooms and meeting space.

   2. Check-in: December 10, 2024; check-out: December 12, 2024, for 102 people in 51 rooms (second batch).
