Title: Job Order Contracting for Security Electronics and Detention Equipment Services

The Orange County Sheriff-Coroner Department, (hereinafter referred to as “OCSD” or “COUNTY”) invites Contractors to submit pre-qualification documents for Job Order Contracting (JOC) for Security Electronics and Detention Equipment Services. All Contractors for the 2026-2027 OCSD JOC projects must be prequalified according to this pre-qualification solicitation prior to submitting a bid. OCSD may use the list of pre-qualified Contractors for a period of one (1) year from the date of the establishment of the Qualified Bidders List.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE COUNTY HAS DETERMINED THAT CONTRACTOR'S OF SPECIFIC TRADE; LICENSE CLASS B, C-10, AND C-28 (LOCK & SECURITY) SHALL BE REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE IN A PRE-QUALIFICATION PROCESS AND BECOME PRE-QUALIFIED TO BE ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE BIDDING PROCESS. CONTRACTOR'S WILL BE NOTIFIED VIA OPENGOV, IF THEY ARE ELIGIBLE TO SUBMIT A BID PROPOSAL.
