Request for Pre-Qualification Documents

Title : Job Order Contracting for Roofing Services

The Orange County Sheriff-Coroner Department, (hereinafter referred to as “OCSD” or “COUNTY”) invites Contractors to submit pre-qualification documents for Job Order Contracting (JOC) for Roofing Services. All Contractors for the 2025-2026 OCSD JOC projects must be prequalified according to this pre-qualification solicitation prior to submitting a bid. OCSD may use the list of pre-qualified Contractors for a period of one (1) year from the date of the establishment of the Qualified Bidders List.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE COUNTY HAS DETERMINED THAT CONTRACTOR'S OF SPECIFIC TRADE; LICENSE CLASS C-39 (ROOFING) SHALL BE REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE IN A PRE-QUALIFICATION PROCESS AND BECOME PRE-QUALIFIED TO BE ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE BIDDING PROCESS. CONTRACTOR'S WILL BE NOTIFIED VIA OPENGOV, IF THEY ARE ELIGIBLE TO SUBMIT A BID PROPOSAL.

FOR ALL RELEVANT INFORMATION PLEASE REFER TO THE ATTACHED PRE-QUALIFICATION DOCUMENTATION. BIDDERS THAT ARE INTERESTED IN THIS PROJECT SHALL FILL OUT THE ATTACHED DOCUMENTS AND SUBMIT ELECTRONICALLY. PAPER, FAX, AND EMAIL SUBMITTALS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
