Project: 26-003 PPSD AMTC Renovations Architect's Project Number: 26-003. Project Description: This project involves transforming the rear portion of the former fire station into an advanced manufacturing training center. The scope includes light renovations to the interior of the building, with a focus on functionality, accessibility, and modernization. The work includes the creation of new classrooms, upgrades to the existing offices, a complete deep cleaning of the facility, improvements to ensure fill ADA accessibility, and a fresh coast of paint throughout. In addition, selective upgrades will be made to the building systems to bring the facility up to current standards and ensure its properly equipped to serve its new purpose as a learning environment.
