Powerline Toolkits

The Purchaser is seeking Proposals from qualified and experienced Proponents to supply linemen tooling for student kits in support of students enrolled in the Powerline Technician program.
The Powerline Technician program is a two (2) year Ontario College Diploma program. Each fall (September), approximately one hundred (100) students are enrolled in the program. The student kit for this program is provided to students in the fall semester of their first year and the kit is used for the duration of the program. Successful students from this program are provided the basic tools to enter an apprenticeship program.
It is the intention of the Purchaser to award one Proponent for this procurement process. A Proponent must be able to supply every item required for each student kit mentioned herein. If a Proponent is unable to provide every item required for each student kit based on the specifications mentioned herein, the Proponent may not be considered.
The Purchaser makes no guarantee of the value or volume of Goods or Services assigned to the Preferred Proponent. The Purchaser makes no guarantee regarding the number of student kits that will be purchased under this agreement. Student enrollment levels may vary, and any quantities listed herein are approximate and provided for estimation purposes only.
