Power Washing and Window Cleaning - Bowie City Hall

The City is soliciting quotes from qualified contractors to provide all labor, materials, and equipment for the power washing of all sidewalks and exterior building surfaces, excluding red brick portions, and exterior window cleaning of Bowie City Hall located at 15901 Fred Robinson Way, Bowie, Maryland.  Complete specifications and bid documents may be obtained at no cost through Bid Locker at https://bidlocker.us/details/5688 . Registration to use Bid Locker is at https://bidlocker.us/Account/Signup and is free to all interested parties.

Electronic (pdf) quotes will be received through Bid Locker at https://bidlocker.us/details/5688 until 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, March 3, 2026. The City of Bowie reserves the right to reject any quotes.

All interested bidders are encouraged to visit the site prior to submitting a quotation.

All questions or requests for clarifications regarding this RFQ shall be submitted through the Bid Locker platform at https://bidlocker.us/details/5688 .  Deadline for inquiries is 11:00 a.m. on Friday, February 20, 2026. Written responses to all questions and/or clarifications will be issued as an addendum to the solicitation no later than Wednesday, February 25, 2026, to all those who have registered with Bid Locker and downloaded the specifications and bid documents.

The City encourages certified disadvantaged business entities to submit a bid.
