Request for Proposal
The City of Red Deer (the “City”) invites interested Vendors (respondents) to submit a quotation for a power transformer 138-24.94 kV, 33.6/44.8/56 MVA as described below.

The selected Respondent will be requested to enter into negotiations for an agreement with the City for the provision of the Deliverables. The City reserves the right at its sole discretion to purchase additional units – up to two (2) units over the five (5) year period commencing on the date of contract execution.
