Power Generation Systems for the City of Houston - Federal #2

The City of Houston (“City”) Mayor’s Office is seeking proposals from qualified firms to partner in the City’s Power Resiliency Program. The selected contractor shall support engineering design, procurement, construction, commissioning, energization, and maintenance of all systems under the procurement contract. For locations where participation in energy arbitrage is feasible, the contractor shall engage in the market and share profits with the City. The City intends to enter into one or more contracts with qualified firms specializing in power generation systems for a term of up to twenty-five (25) years. The City reserves the right to negotiate a different final contract term other than that referenced above if it is deemed to add value to the City.
