The District of Columbia Water and Sewer Authority (DC Water) extends this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to solicit Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from experienced entities (Proposers) to provide services to rehabilitate the Potomac Interceptor (PI) under the terms of a Master Services Agreement (MSA). DC Water anticipates utilizing the MSA to issue construction management at risk (CMAR) task orders to contractors to rehabilitate the PI.
