Notice is hereby given that written sealed semi-annual term bids for Potable Water and

Sanitary Sewer – Materials Only for the period of April 1, 2026, through September 30,

2026, will be received by the City of Richland until 10:00 a.m. on March 13, 2024. Paper

bids can be submitted to the City of Richland at 380 Scarbrough Street, Richland, MS

39218. Electronic bids can be submitted at www.engserviceplans.com.

The Board is acting under the authorities of Section 31-7-13, Mississippi Code of 1972,

Amended. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
