*Postponed* Request for Bid of Sale of Real Property - Plain St.

The North Attleborough Town Manager is soliciting sealed bids for the sale of a parcel of land located on Plain Street, North Attleborough, MA, (Plat 37/ Lot 342) which contains approximately 17,506 square feet more or less, referred to in Book 1381, Page 769, in Bristol County Registry of Deeds (Northern district), by an Order of Taking dated May 2, 1961 for a minimum starting bid of Seventeen Thousand and Seven Hundred and Thirty Dollars and No Cents ($17,730.00) which is 90% of the Total Assessed Value of the parcel of land valued at Nineteen Thousand and Seven Hundred Dollars and No Cents ($19,700.00) in accordance with the Uniform Procurement Act M.G.L. 30B.

The highest-priced proposal from a responsive and responsible bidder will be selected. Solicitation packet with map available at the Town Manager’s Office at 43 S. Washington St., North Attleborough, MA during business hours beginning April 14, 2025 or on the Town’s Website at https://www.nattleboro.com/Bids.aspx

The Bid Deadline is Friday, May 2, 2025, at 11:00 AM at which time all bids will be publicly opened and read into record in the Town Clerk’s Office of the North Attleboro Town Hall. The Town Manager may reject any bid deemed to be not in the best interest of the Town.
