NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Sebastian is accepting bids for 26-19-ITB - Fire Alarm Monitoring, Inspection, and Maintenance. The solicitation document outlining the scope of services is available from the City of Sebastian’s Euna Procurement Portal. Link: https://cityofsebastian.bonfirehub.com/portal/?tab=openOpportunities • A site visit will be held on Tuesday, July 14, 2026, at 8:30 AM local time in the City of Sebastian Council Chambers, 1225 Main Street, Sebastian, FL 32958. o Due to limited space, all interested contractors are limited to two (2) attendees at the site visits. o NO additional site visits will be offered. This will be the only opportunity to view the Fire Alarm Control Panel (FACP) for each building. • Questions are due on Monday, July 20, 2026, at 2:00 pm local time. All questions shall be directed to the City of Sebastian’s Euna Procurement Portal. • Bids are due on Thursday, July 30, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. local time
