The South Dakota National Guard has a requirement to support the CIO Admin Services Postal Operations Section postage meter machines are obsolete and no longer function. The requirement will include a High Volume Digital Mailing System for Rapid City, SD and a Medium Volume Digital Mailing System for Sioux Falls, SD. This solicitation and any subsequent award will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 13 procedures.
