Chandler Unified School District is seeking a Post-Retirement Deferred Compensation Plan Provider/Consultant with a mechanism whereby employees have a choice to participate in a federal retirement or deferred compensation plan as provided in 26 U.S.C. Sections 401(h), 401(a), 457 and/or 403(b) upon retirement without violating IRS constructive receipt issues.
