Post-Release Skills Training Program

Project Description: The Milwaukee County Community Reintegration Center (CRC) invites agencies, organizations, and interested parties to submit proposals in response to its Request for Proposal (RFP) for a Post-Release Skills Training Program. The CRC seeks a structured, group-based program that provides inclusive, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive vocational training and job readiness services tailored to the diverse needs of both male and female residents. The program should be designed to reduce recidivism, support livable-wage employment, and promote long-term reintegration and self-sufficiency. Milwaukee County welcomes proposals from prospective vendors, including joint ventures and innovative partnerships.
