Project Overview

Governing Standards and Specifications
Conformance with City of Pensacola Design Standards and Florida Building Code (2023), as well as the NFPA 70 National Electrical Code (2020).
Compliance with ADA accessibility standards.
Foundation and utility work to meet specifications per FDOT standards and Escambia County Atlas guidelines.
